Booking Policy

All appointments are confirmed by LNaesthetics via WhatsApp. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from us. Please do not assume your slot is reserved without confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations affect other clients waiting for appointments. Repeat late cancellations may affect future booking eligibility.

LNaesthetics is a private home studio. Please arrive at your confirmed appointment time. Out of respect for the space and other clients, please do not bring additional guests unless discussed in advance.

LNaesthetics is a private home studio in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. The exact address (House R-92, Block 13-D/3) is shared with clients once their appointment is confirmed. This is to maintain privacy and ensure a calm, exclusive experience for every client.
Service durations vary: Acrylic & Gel-X Nail sets typically take 1.5 to 2 hours. Classic Lash Extensions take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Hybrid and Volume Lashes can take 2 to 2.5 hours. Lash Refills take around 45 to 60 minutes. Please allow a little extra buffer in your schedule so there’s no rush.
For nail appointments: please remove any existing nail polish or extensions before arriving if possible. For lash appointments: arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes — especially free of mascara and eye makeup. Avoid caffeine a few hours before your lash appointment as it can cause eye fluttering, which makes application more difficult.
Lash extensions typically last 3 to 4 weeks before a refill is needed, depending on your natural lash growth cycle and aftercare. With proper aftercare — avoiding oil-based products near the eyes, not rubbing them, and brushing gently daily — you can extend their lifespan significantly. We recommend refills every 2 to 3 weeks for the fullest look.
We accept cash and bank transfers. Payment details are shared upon appointment confirmation. Full payment is due at the time of your appointment.
At this time, all services are provided exclusively at our private studio in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. This allows us to maintain the highest standards of hygiene, technique, and the private luxury experience that LNaesthetics is known for. We do not currently offer home visits.
